Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return?
Please contact us immediately by email at ask@petalove.co to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you the address to ship your items back to us.

All return items must be shipped with a tracking number. You can buy shipping insurance if deemed necessary. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer.

If the return item is lost or damaged in transit, you will have to bear the responsibility and all associated costs. 
 
 
Credit Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspection of the item will be performed immediately. Upon the inspection done, we will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

We reserve the rights to charge you administrative and shipping fees if free shipping has been previously provided for the item. If approved, you’ll be provided a credit voucher for the exact amount of the returned product with the cost of all shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The voucher can be used for any purchase on our online store. 

Items sent back to us without informing us about the return will not be entertained
